Our 60 Minute IPA is continuously hopped - more than 60 hop additions over a 60 minute boil (getting a vibe yet of where the name came from?). 60 Minute is a session India Pale Ale brewed with a slew of great NorthWest hops. A powerful, but balanced East Coast I.P.A. with a lot of citrusy hop character. The session beer for hardcore beer enthusiasts!

BBC » Well this is a little embarrassing. I drank this beer in Washington D.C. at a friends house in 2009 and I recall making note of thoughts about it at the time and then later posting the bottle on this website but a year or solater when I had the Dogfish Head Punkin Ale instead of doing a Save As of this page I just replaced the comments about the IPA and they are now lost for eternity. I don't recall what I wrote but I do remember thinking this IPA was pretty strong and hoppy and possibly a little marmalady for my taste buds.
