BBC » Guinness is quite possibly the best beer in the world, but Guinness in a bottle doesn't quite do it justice. In fact the bottle isn't as good as the can. Like the can it has the widget to add CO2 when the beer is opened and it is still good but it makes me want to go to the nearest Irish pub to have the real thing.

BBC » I stand corrected. The CO2 is in the bottle and the widget releases nitrogen. But while we are nit picking, Jeremy, you stand corrected too; it is nitrogen and not NO2 that is released :) More Info.
