Ontario's first CERTIFIED organic lager was born in 2002 from a sense of purpose and a passion for craft beer. We adhere to rules that guarantee both the raw materials and brewing process are pesticide and herbicide free. Brewed with imported malt hops, this 4.2% German Pilsner offers a light, crisp and refreshing flavour with a clean finish.

BBC » Tastes kind of like one of those healthy breakfast cereals we should be eating but don't enjoy. I like it that it is only 4.2% and of course one always has to try a new organic offering, but too bad it tastes more like something you should drink rather than something you want to drink.
