BBC » It is pretty smooth tasting, almost too smooth perhaps, but it does have a fairly unique taste for a lager. I wish I could be more precise in my tasting analysis comments, but I'm not paid to do this so my judgment of the beer comes from a more visceral reaction to the beer than it might from the professional connosieurs. Anyway, I think I'll get myself another of these Phoenix Gold Lagers.
